Spicy Tofu Sandwich: Buttery Toasted Ciabatta Bun, Spicy Peanut Butter Marinated Firm Tofu, Refreshing and Spicy Green Aioli, Sriracha Mayo, Crisp Iceburg Lettuce, Pickled Carrots, Julienned Cucumber Slices and Fresh Cilantro. Served with a side of seasoned Lattice Chips. $15
Lobster Roll: Fresh Nova Scotian lobster lightly dressed with celery, pepperoncini aioli, fresh lemon, and salt and pepper, served on a toasted buttery potato roll with crisp iceberg lettuce, and green onions. Served with a side of seasoned Lattice Chips. $40
Braised Brisket Sandwich: Slow-braised in Saltbox Biffs Pilsner, tossed in our house made Saltbox Old Foundry BBQ Sauce served on a buttery toasted brioche bun with pickled red onions, pepperoncini aioli, Biffs Pilsner beer mustard, and crispy iceberg lettuce with a dill pickle.
